EXPERIENCE
1985 - Present: Agri Affiliates, Inc., responsible for daily operation of the company, including sales, appraisals, and
management of farm and ranch real estate in portions of five states. Company Broker, Appraiser and Auctioneer.
1975 - 1984: Doane Western Company. Involved in fee appraisals, mortgage lending, real estate sales, property
management, and consultation. Mortgage lending as correspondent for three major insurance companies. Working
experience in most of the 17 western states. Officed in Phoenix AZ, Alliance NE, and North Platte NE.
1971 - 1975: US Meat Animal Research Center, Clay Center Nebraska - USDA. Management of 35,000 acres,
7,000 cows, 6,000 head feedlot, 4,500 sheep, 93 employees, for research efforts by 22 scientists.
