EXPERIENCE
2007 - Present: Agri Affiliates, Inc., performing agricultural and recreational appraisals while training for the
American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers Accredited Rural Appraiser designation.
2006 - 2007: Rexroth Valuations, preformed Mass Appraisal work involving valuation of all rural improvements.
This Mass Appraisal work was preformed in Thomas, Kearney and Hayes Counties in Nebraska.
1999 - Present: Eggleston 2 Ranch, owns and operates a small cow herd in northern Custer County, Nebraska.
1994 – 2006: General ranch work holding positions from ranch hand to herdsman and eventually ranch manager.
These positions offered experience in all areas of ranch production.
