EXPERIENCE
2006-Present: Agri Affiliates, Inc. Kearney Regional Office - Responsibilities include appraisal, and real estate sales. Real estate marketing efforts include private treaty and auction sales of all types and sizes of agricultural properties.
1986–2006: Partner and Manager of 1,100 acre no-till, irrigated and dryland farm, and 180 head commercial cow/calf herd. Specific responsibilities included planning and implementation of crop production and marketing plans as well as financial record keeping.
1984-1986 Summers: Cornhusker Consulting, Kearney, Nebraska. Field scout and consultant working with area producers on weekly basis providing irrigation scheduling, insect and weed scouting, soil sampling, and hybrid selection, along with herbicide, pesticide, and fertilizer recommendations.
