EXPERIENCE
1985 - Present: Professional Farm Manager, Agri Affiliates, Inc., North Platte Nebraska office. General
responsibilities include management and consulting services for clients on farms and ranches in Nebraska, South
Dakota, and Wyoming. Real estate marketing efforts include private treaty and auction sales of all types and sizes
of agricultural properties, located in Nebraska, South Dakota, and Wyoming. Provides company IT, GPS, and GIS
services. Member of the Republican River Water Conservation and Education Coalition and the author of the
W.A.T.E.R. Model an analytical tool to help producers manage irrigation water resources. Author of the

1982 - 1985: Following graduation, involved with management of farming operations for Dodson Ranch and Farm
Company, Maywood Nebraska. Responsible for planning and implementation of cropping practices. Cropping
programs developed for irrigated and dry cropland, including eco-fallow farming systems. Specific responsibilities
included crop production, marketing, enterprise cost analysis, and computerized financial record keeping.
